FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is based on per-hour basis. When I send you a quote and you would like to get a better price, we would need to sit down ad see which parts we can spend less time on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Your needs are my priority. I will take time to understand your vision to make sure the end result is to your liking. - Before starting, I will present the layout diagram for your approval. You will know what you will be getting. - I will ask you about design details as we go. The only way I can get the details right is with your input. - Once the project is finished you can go over it and let me know of any parts, which need adjusting and changing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work have been working with business clients all my life. I owned a large automotive shop, I was a Wealth Management Adviser at Morgan Stanley and UBS. The team, however, are all university graduates, who were trained and have years of experience in their specific field. I have a team of 18 professionals, this is not one-man effort.
