FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a case by case basis. Due to each project bringing its own unique chalenges. I welcome those challenges as opportunities to create and explore the possibilities of design and function. Givin the custom nature of each project or what I like to call "Personal Touch" rest assured it'll be a "One of a Kind", well worth it. As stated in one of my reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to hear if I can see there vision. Once established, a few questions need to be answered: Is there a budget?, & is it realistic with the size & design of project. The location of the work to be preformed, time line/due date. As well as many other details that will be made available in detail, that will but should not dramatically affect the initial estimated cost.( no suprises ). At this point a retainer is required & a signed contract by both parties, committing to the project & its completion due date as stated per contract. As every project is unique with its own specific needs. Now begins the "process". This is simply, what it's going to take to get the job done on time & to clients satisfaction. Both parties need to be clear on cost , expectation , & details on scope of work, regarding quality, materials, travle time (if more than stated ), design/ signing off, materials provided, any transpotation of specialty tools & or equipment needed (if needed) , that WILL be additional costs to you the client. Note: Any change orders in design or color after "signing-off" wil change & be reflected on final invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal education. I complete a course at Fullerton College , in color theory and illustration. That was in the early 90's . As far as training , mostly by O.G. painters it just comes natural to me . I have a gift and have been blessed , it's my passion , its what gets me up in the morning.
