- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat fees. Some jobs may qualify for payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a conversation with the client to determine their needs, I am able to provide an intake form, a contract, and a flat fee quote for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my paralegal certificate in 2003. Up until Dec. 2014, I was working in a mid-sized law firm. I am an Immigration Consultant and I'm registered as a legal document assistant in San Francisco. LDA # 68, since 2014.
