Introduction: I have offered excellent service in the food and wine business for over 21 years from being a restaurateur to server. I am knowledgeable in multiple cuisines as I am a well-traveled and experienced chef.
Putting on a terrific meal and food service, I do table setting that not only creates the benefit of eating a nourishing meal but also makes mealtime a culinary experience. Using food to connect people around the table is something I enjoy doing. I love exploring the world of food with new flavors and ingredients using first local and some specialty items from around the world. As a Californian, I feel we are fortunate to be able to have crops all year round around us in a bountiful way that enables us to enjoy at our table every day for a new experience.

Chef Jackie Bruno catered the food for my Grandma's Memorial service. We had an evening church service on Thursday & had pan dulce hot chocolate & coffee. Friday was the burial & provided lunch. It was a stressful time planning the funeral & it was a great releif knowing I didnt have worry about the food at all. She took care of everything. She asked me what my grandma's favorite food was, & the tone of the funeral was, ( which was a celebration of life). We were eating my Grandma's favorite food & the decor was spot on. I love that Chef Jackie embraced & respected our participation in helpping serve the food since cooking was what my Grandma was all about.

Amazing cooking lesson. Thanks Chef Jacqueline for a wonderful lesson. Teaching me how to shop, cook and organize my meals for the week has been quite rewarding. I really got a lot of my lesson including how to cook low fat meals, and pack my meals so they stay fresh and ready to eat. I am happy that I had a true professional like Chef Jacqueline on the lead for this food project. Looking forward to another lesson!

Chef Jacqueline and her husband were an amazing team and I highly recommend hiring her for your event. The food was delicious and the attention to detail was incredible. Jaqueline and her husband brought their own special serving ware and even stayed late to put everything in to-go boxes for our guests and to clean up the kitchen. She was incredibly professional and easy to get ahold of for all of my questions and requests. 5 stars! We would definitely hire her again! :)

Chef Jacqueline is a Rock Star! Amazing professional attitude and style. She was on point. My guest were impressed with the evening from start to finish. Her selection in the menu and even wine pairing were perfect. I plan on hiring Chef Jacqueline for another dinner for the holidays.
