I have used Mr. Londoño's services for approximately 7 years. He has done many large and small jobs for me, all done with extreme care and efficiency. Some of the jobs include painting the interior of my home, replacement of moulding after a flood, several electrical repairs, including the placement of electrical outlets in new locations and the installation of large lighting apparatus, several plumbing problems, replacement of faucets in kitchen and in all bathrooms, replacement and repair of kitchen cabinets, building a fence/gate as entry to my garden, repairing ceiling after water damage, replacement of shelving in garage, to name some of the work performed. Mr. Londoño is always reliable, on time, executes each job with proficiency and takes extreme care to ensure that the area he is working in remains clean. I have no hesitation recommending him and feel fortunate that I have access to his caliber of expertize whenever I have a problem in my home.
