- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I hold myself to i high standard and quality of work. I give high quotes before i actually see the job in person due to the fact, some times the job scale is not what it seems in pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk over the phone, to discuss the project. I often like to come out and see job sight if it is a location i am not familiar with to help the project run smoothly. Moving jobs are a little different as long as i have accurate description on what we are moving it runs pretty smooth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a termite company and contractor for two years. After that i started working on my own part time, after a while it became a full time job because of a high volume of call backs and referrals. That was nearly 3 years ago.
