Ronnie was great! He showed up on time wearing PPE and put on booties inside the house. He removed the old garbage disposal and installed the new one quickly and tested everything out to make sure everything was working well. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, especially for the great price he charges.

Ronnie came to my rescue! He responded to my project request within 20 min and was able to come to my home 2 hrs later. He diagnosed my dead water heater, clearly explained the cause (kind of like an iPhone, turns out there some planned obsolescence here), and hooked me up with a new water heater the same day!! Ronnie also helped instal my circulator (a project I had not gotten around to) so that we are not wasting gallons of water waiting for it to warm up as it gets from the garage to my condo on the 2nd floor. All around excellent responsiveness, professionalism, quality, value…. and sense of humor. A+ would - and do - recommend. (Pics of sad, leaking water heater & shiny new one!)

Ronnie installed a Toto C200 Bidet on my skirted toilet. This required the toilet to be removed to access the water line, which he did very well. He did an amazing job and left the work area clean. He arrived punctually, was friendly and communicative, and even replaced the filter on my bidet. I would absolutely recommend Ronnie for any toilet related work and would hire him in the future.
