- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well I have a cancellation fee for 25$ setting my client up in good faith with comfort and confidence is three steps ahead of the process so that’s why I have a cancellation fee just in case there’s no jiving around so serious inquiries only please!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So my process is to assess and reassess the client to know which massage to perform and what massage it is in particular that I can do to help heal the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training and education at NHI and will be certified when I graduate in October of 2017 with my license. So for now I just have hours which is over 400 hours in this field.
