Great company. Called Gustavo in the morning, he came out to give estimate at noon, we agreed on reasonable price and he hauled my 500lb upright piano at five. Hire this company!

Gustavo responded quickly, asked good questions, showed up the same day even earlier than agreed.
He listened carefully to what I wanted, completed the job and even did a bit more w/o asking for more $, but I did pay him fairly.
Gustavo and the other gentleman worked efficiently, were very pleasant and I'll be happy to use them again in the future.

Be thorough and keep their word. Mr. Lopez left some things undone and some of the things that he did do were careless. He seemed to be in such a hurry that he didn't complete some activities. He was being paid by the job, not by the hour, so he could have devoted more attention to the project. Additionally, he was to contact me the next day about another job here, at which time I would have registered my complaints as mentioned. He did not keep his word.
