Rachael was the best officiant that we could have asked for! She did a great job meeting with us before the wedding and walking us through the process of writing the ceremony. We were both pretty clueless about the different parts of the ceremony, so Rachael really helped us narrow down a vision and what parts were important to us. The ceremony ended up being the best part of the day, and so many of our guests said that it was the best ceremony they had seen! Rachael was so great to work with and was amazing on that day of- her voice projected well and she had great energy. Thanks for making our day so amazing!Jun 22, 2018VerifiedOfficially Hitched's reply
Thank you so much! I had such a great time working with you and Kuldeep. You did a great job writing your story and your vows!!!
Rachael worked with me and my fiance to create our wedding ceremony, which also included a love story about our relationship, and our vows. (We chose the combination DIY-with-consulting-package.) She was very easy to talk to and collaborate with, and provided us with a lot of thoughtful questions and resources so we could come up with ideas and write. She gave us useful feedback and suggestions that made our writing better. The ceremony Rachael designed was beautiful, meaningful, and thoughtful. Many of the guests I spoke to told me that they enjoyed the way she officiated the ceremony and her warm presence. Overall, she worked really hard and did an excellent job. Rachael, thank you so much for making the most important part of our wedding day as special and memorable as it could be.Aug 2, 2018VerifiedOfficially Hitched's reply
I could not be more humbled by your review and by the generosity you and Jason showed me. You are such a wonderful couple, and I wish you all the best!
We were looking for a ceremony to reflect us with a few drops of our respective religions and she delivered. Having Rachael Tanner as our officiant was one of the best decisions that we made. Throughout the process she guided us on writing our love story which helped us write our vows. At every meeting, it felt like her priority was to get to know us and to learn about us as a couple. We had a blast working on our ceremony and vows with Rachael. Her style of writing stood out against other officiants we interviewed. She listened to our suggestions, and turned them into a memorable ceremony. For example, I was inspired by a scene from the movie Mad Max Fury Road, she helped our bridesmaids and groomsmen reenact a more wedding friendly version with them shouting, “You may kiss the Bride!” as they showered us with flower petals! Our guests learned a lot about us and were moved to tears through Rachael’s words. She is very friendly and professional. In the end, if you want a memorable ceremony that is unique to you and your significant other, Rachael is your officiant!Nov 20, 2018Officially Hitched's reply

Rachael, was amazing! She worked with my husband and I to make our day very personal and made it match our style. The day of our wedding, we received several compliments on the ceremony and how heart felt it was. Rachael definately brought love and sentiment to our special day!May 24, 2018VerifiedOfficially Hitched's reply

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always begin with a free, no obligation consultation to learn more about a couple; their desires, the ceremony, and their love story. Then, if there is agreement to move forward into a contact, I will calendar our future consultations. At the first consultation, I'll prepare the foundational building blocks of the ceremony, by providing 2 - 3 options that I believe might fit the couple. Each subsequent consultation builds on this foundation and we build the ceremony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a student of Studio ACT in San Fransico; this acting training augments years of public speaking experience. In addition, I have been a person of faith my entire life. I have been a congregational leader and continue to be a student of the divine.
