I give special prices if our frequency is 2 or 3 times a week. And you get results sooner! :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak to you on the phone, if you want to continue I'll send you a questionnaire and we will then start from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
International Yoga Alliance 200 Hour teacher training in Costa Rica and ACE Personal Trainer Certification, CPR AED Certification. I also was a Personal Trainer at Equinox this year, for 7 months, where I learned how to serve you even better as a Personal Trainer.
