- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the client to go to my website to schedule a free consultation. During the phone or video consultation, we are able to confidentially discuss the client's concerns and goals, allowing me to assess whether or not I'm a good fit for supporting the client. If we will be a good fit to work together, I schedule an initial appointment. If not, I refer them to an appropriate colleague. Our appointment will either be in person, or via video chat (phone is also an option, but I strongly prefer video chat). We will continue to work to assess what the client or relationship's needs are. I will develop a treatment plan that is unique to the individual or relationship seeking treatment, and discuss with them the plan and methods to be used.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my master's in counseling psychology, and have taken many specialized trainings, especially as related to trauma, harm reduction (for substance use as well as other high risk behaviors), DBT, CBT, and expressive arts therapy.
