Introduction: After going to college to study Religions I started teaching yoga. My practices can fit into any type spirituality or life style. I teach meditation, active styles of yoga such as vinyasa, and restorative yoga. I also offer spiritual counseling across many religions and spiritualities.
I love designing a practice that people can bring into a group yoga setting. Finding ways to practice yoga in a way that benefits the body, while being safe is so important.
