Introduction: Our approach to lifestyle, health and fitness is based on body flow and moving meditation. Through customized scripted movements combining traditional and progressive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques and sequences, the practitioner is able to achieve a moving meditative state which encompasses mindfulness, physical strength, agility and flexibility all while also developing a martial arts skill that can be fully utilized for self defense. The level of intensity is flexible but is always low impact and designed for those who are interested either in learning or further developing their skill set in the gentle but lethal art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or simply looking for a progressive, sustainable and exciting way to enhance and maintain one’s physical and mental health.
