- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am professional in fights and fitness that is why I work with movements and exercises that are not much explored. By the way, that is why anyone who chooses to train with me has a fun workout and nothing mass. So all training regardless of level is done in three stages which I call preparation, action and reaction.
