FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Various unforeseen occurrences and incurred expenses might affect our locksmith services pricing. For instance, on-site and off-site charges might vary because our professional locksmith themselves will be able to ascertain the level of damage first hand and give a correct quote for the job. Be rest assured of a transparent and fair charge when you employ any of our locksmithing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get called up for our services by a new client, we ask for your location and time of meet up and we make it a point of duty to be available at the specified time and location. We always ensure that we’re rendering our services to the person with the proprietary rights to the property, be it a house or a car. We ascertain this by asking for a legitimate prove of ownership like a driver’s license or an insurance document proving your ownership of a house or lease rights to a condo.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Right before I started practicing, I undertook a series of locksmithing related courses at a technical school where after I obtained working experience for several year by working as an apprentice and taking up jobs offering “on the job trainings”. I have also participated in a lot of workshops and training programs organized by several standard locksmithing associations such as the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA). Our team of elite locksmiths at Prolocksmiths-24/7 are well experienced and knowledgeable in their fields.
