Michael was super responsive, stopped by the same day I requested for a quote. All communication goes through him. The team installed LVP flooring really well. But there are a couple of issues with project management causing my project to be pushed back almost 3 days and also the team used caulking to fill nail holes when installing baseboard, causing more work for prep and painting afterwards. Overall, great value and result for the flooring installation.
