Jess has a sharp mind, quick to recognize a person's patterns and values. And then, after a minute, she articulates them in a way that is almost yoga-like in bending a problem into a different perspective that, suddenly, that problem looks like an opportunity. As a coach she's understanding but always makes the bottom line clear: "You're here and you want to be there, so what does it take?" She knows how to cut through to the core issue and approach it with strategy. What I love about her is that she makes it clear you're the driver but she's the navigator. You're getting you to your destination but she's keeping you in line with your values and goals. Couldn't ask for more from a life coach!

I am a Co-Active trained coach and have completed CTI's Intensive Leadership Program (200+hrs of training). I am currently completing certification with ICF (International Coaching Federation) I am also a 308RYT Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa Yoga, Strength & Mobility, and Functional Movement.
