I love the fact that clients get to walk in with a clean slate and I (or one of my trainers) get to influence them in a way that they didn't think possible. Real motivation is results and that happens without any BS and cold hard truth. We don't beat around the bush, but rather, keep things simple and help with the difficulties along the journey.
