- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I have an amount depending on audience size and travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen intently on what the customer wants to achieve. My talks are enthusiastic and filled with ideas and examples. If I don't fit perfectly as a speaker I suggest someone else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with the Dale Carnegie Courses for 14 years as a GA and Group Leader in their sales courses and leadership courses. Then I opened and taught my Sales Magic Classes for more than 10 years.
