- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give a written estimate for the total cost of the job before we begin. I charge for time and materials for most small jobs. Foundation and seismic work are usually a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer, see the job, work out the details, and give them daily progress reports.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
