I use research-based assessments and techniques to help you reduce negativity and rebuild the intimacy in your relationship. I am trained in both Gottman Therapy and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR therapy to work on trauma as well as an Eating Disorder Specialist.
