- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per hour with a promised 2 hour minimum for Time + Materials projects or we can quote by project(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connect over phone/text/email first, then set up a date and time to see the project area, take measurements and photos, meet with client to understand their needs and provide a quote. If the client is happy with the quote and wishes to proceed, we would then write the contract, have them sign off on the work order, collect deposit (for large jobs) and commence project during dates/time that works best with client's schedule and our other clients. At the end of the project, we schedule a final walk through to go over the scope of work and make sure client is happy. Once client is happy, forward final invoice and collect payment.
