Every session with Dylan is consistently well-prepared. His college athlete discipline and good manners rub off naturally, and I automatically start pushing myself against earlier limits. I have trained with Dylan over 2 years, and would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been training with Dylan for about 6 months now and I could not be happier with the progress and results I’ve achieved. Dylan is an excellent trainer who pushes you to achieve your max potential. We set goals, accomplish them, and set new ones. Dylan is a great guy to train with. Knows his stuff and keeps you motivated with just the right amount of pushing you. He keeps good notes. And a nice guy as well. He’s in good shape because it’s always bad to have a fat trainer. Lol

When I started going to the gym I did not know what to do. I was always lost, my workouts were not the best. Once I decided to get a personal trainer, I started to notice the difference. My coach, Dylan, has taught me the many different workouts for the different muscle groups. Now I can go to the gym by myself and know what to do. I don’t feel lost anymore. Slowly but surely, I’ve seen results. Muscles are getting bigger, I’ve gotten stronger too. I’m really happy with the results so far.

I started training with Dylan at a point where I was at 24% body fat and in pretty terrible shape. His training helped me get down to 14% body fat and improve my overall health. He is very knowledgeable and trained me in a variety of workout programs from high intensity interval to heavy weight training for serious gains.
