Great guy to work with. This guys is licensed and certified to do this type of work. He was very informative when it came to what he was doing and why. We had subterranean termites and he treated for about half the cost of my next highest bid. He drilled around the house and injected Teridor then went into the sub area treated all my pier posts and pads then scraped away the mud tubes. He went above and beyond when he also installed baiting station to monitor the activity to ensure the colony was dead. Initially I had Orkin come out and quoted me $2400 to do the same work with no bait stations. I called a few other mom and pop companies and they were around $1700-1900. Will came in and did it all for $900. I was spectacle at first because the price was low but after watching him do the work and walking me through the process I knew I was in good hands. If you have him come out just to give the estimate I can promise you, you will not need to go anywhere else. You will understand the moment you meet him why he is the best route to take. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING ANYONE ELSE.
