FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system. Depending on what packages the client chooses the pricing varies from $30 a session, to $40 a session respectively. Im always willing to work with people on the financial aspect as long as they are 100% committed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking various questions in regard to lifestyle and nutrition, fitness experience etc, to better gauge how i can customize a plan for the athlete. I believe in a give and take method where the client gives feedback that helps me improve their plan and we work together to achieve goals and break through barriers that they never thought possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the fitness industry for going on 10 years. I have led elite paratroopers for the Army, im 1 semester away from receiving an Associates Degree for Exercise Science and Nutrition, and I have 2 certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine for Fitness Nutrition, and as a Weightloss Specialist. I am also ranked top 10% in the world for the 220lb weightclass for powerlifting.
