Through bootcamp style training, Tristan has trained military personnel for their upcoming assignments while serving in the US Army. He is also personally ranked top 10% in the world for his weight class in powerlifting. Tristan has the experience to train fellow powerlifters, or those just looking to gain overall strength. At the opposite end of the spectrum, Tristan has trained postpartum mothers, elderly clients and many more individuals at different stages in their fitness lifestyle from beginners to advanced clients. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fitness, whether your goals are to lose weight, build muscle, or simply get healthier, he will guide you every step of the way to ensure your success. Tristan trains clients at a pace that is realistic and attainable for his clients, but that will also push them to exceed and maintain the goals that they set. What I enjoy the most about my work is working with someone who entrusts me to fulfil their goals as an athlete, or who needs to lose weight for health reasons. There is nothing more satisfying than building lifelong relationships with clients who are able to say you changed their life, or you helped them to become a champion. I love working with motivated individuals no matter what their training goals are. As a personal trainer, I feel like I've found my calling and I can honestly say i love my job. I take immense pride in my knowledge of fitness and nutrition, and pride in my athletes and clients.

With in 5 months I was back at my prepregnancy weight. Tristan always knew how much to push me without breaking me off. He's awesome. 👐 he's now training me for a competition! Super good at making you feel confident and motivated

I would recommend Tristan as a trainer to anyone who wants to get serious about improving their health, improving strength, gaining muscle, training for a competition, wants to look good, etc. He is focused on helping you reach your fitness goals along with making sure you're doing so in a safe and healthy way. I'm big on technique and ask tons of questions during my sessions. Tristan encourages the questions, helps me have the correct form/technique during the workouts, and I leave the gym sweating. He knows his stuff and I really appreciate the time he takes with me to get a quality workout. With the goals I'm looking to achieve, he is guiding my lifestyle eating plan, recommending workouts for the days I'm not in the gym with him, etc. He is an extremely down to earth person too which makes the session more genuine, not like a stereotypical trainer who tells you to go from one area of the gym to the next. He plans the workouts ahead of time, knows his stuff, and you just got to come to the gym to learn and improve!
