I've been a customer of HCS for 8+ years. I'm always provided an accurate estimate, the staff is courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. In addition to technical service, they sell refurbished computers that are top notch and less expensive than investing in a new product, which has always worked well for me. Also, they have a monthly service that monitors my computers for viruses, malware and lets them know when something isn't working properly with my computer hardware. I've spoken with other clients who've used them for a long time as well, and they share my enthusiasm for this business!

HCS Techical Services has been servicing the IT needs of Water Storage Tanks Inc since 2008 and as the former president of WST I heartily recommend this company. Todd Gates is skilled and ethical as a service provider. In addition I always enjoy talking with him about computers, software, our families, etc when he comes on site to fix our problems. Todd continues to take care of my personal computers.

HCS handles all of our computer needs and we couldn't be happier! From virus prevention to setting up the server for our office, HCS is knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
