- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have "standard pricing". We set pricing on jobs based on job size, duration, number of officers required etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we prefer to have a consultation interview with potential client either via phone or on site meeting. This is to meet the client, discuss job requirements and expectations as well as provide client with several options for services we provide. After initial meeting a formal proposal will be provided and if terms are agreed upon we will move forward with preparing documents and set up start time/date. Client's business liaison will stay in contact with them throughout duration on contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All minimal Texas State DPS PSB required licenses are held by all employees/ security officers of US Security Service, PLLC as well as extensive fire arms, tactical training and martial arts. We give preference in hiring Vets and those currently serving our country as well as former or current Law Enforcement officers.
