- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Believe it or not, we have events booked more than a year in advance. Our pricing is seasonal and based on demands yet we try and remain competitive because of your loyalty and your reference to others. We go through all our customers fun emotions in all their phases such as engagement/bachelorette, wedding, baby shower, 1st birthday and so on. What we cherish over and over is your smile and your guests laughter and keep us providing you the best service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off planning according to your event theme and even match your event colors and styles and represent them on our prints. Our photo booth personnel work with you for hours on finding the best designs that work for your event. While we do our magic, all you need to do is de-stress and take care of other things and wait for our warm smiles and magic on your wonderful event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have professionals with photography expertise. Several years of photography and design expertise. Understanding lighting and having consistency in images regardless of lighting.
