Introduction: I have been working with a diverse range of clients since 2009. My clients are happy with their results, ranging from weight loss, reducing back pain, gaining strength and muscle tone, better posture, flexibility, improved sleep, sports performance and better balance and coordination. I approach each client as an individual, listening to their needs, motivation and exercise history to design a training program unique to their goals.
I love helping people add enrichment to their health, confidence and well being through Pilates. Seeing clients transform and grow physically and mentally is very rewarding as a fitness professional.
