I have never felt as safe in my life as I did after just one class with AEK Self Defense. Freemon is an excellent teacher, and he is sure to put all students at ease in his classes. Self defense is serious and one hopes not to need it, but this class makes me feel better prepared in the event I do. Do yourself a favor and take these classes! Bring your kids, friends, family; you won't regret it!

Very motivating for all levels. I was a brand new "martial artists" and he treated like someone who was new but with the respect of someone ha had known for years. It is very refreshing in this area to have an instructor who cares about YOU and your well being like Freeman does.

I highly recommend Freemon's self defense training (the art of Kali) to anyone who doubts that within one session s/he could feel more confident in protecting her/himself. It is the most efficient form of self defense I have come across and will leave you wanting more.
