I have worked with children, adults and seniors in the contexts of private instruction, studio classes and public and private schools. My clients have ranged from individuals seeking a fitness-based experience to those who are drawn to the more meditative elements of a yoga practice. I have worked with clients recovering from injury and women moving through pregnancy.
