- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 for a resume and $100 for a LinkedIn profile. If the customer does both at the same time, I give a $25 discount. I also do cover letters for $50 and recommendations for $40.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the work is done via emails and phone conversations. I prefer to have a really good initial phone conversation with my clients in order to learn their background, what they are looking for and to offer up the information that I am going to need to complete the resume, cover letter, recommendation or LinkedIn profile in a timely and efficient manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and a background in both Technical Writing, Article Writing and I currently work as a Career Advisor for a large tech consulting business.
