- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually tile samples are the best way to start. Then, chosing your materials (all tile only ) . This can give your contractor an accurate price to bid your project. Make sure the material you chose is available, or at some tile stores purchased. An accurate bid then can be given An agreement is made, then a time frame is worked out. Job is completed and a check is issued.
