We have served 100s homes in the salt lake valley and are looking to expand our business. WINDOW CLEANING
The difference about Luminous is that we treat each window as if it is our own! As the co owner operator I view window cleaning as an art. It takes very close attention to detail to be a great professional window cleaner! We make sure to remove every possible thing off your windows including hard water! I specialize in residential window cleaning. I find that by making sure everything is off your windows it will brighten your life as the extra light luminates through your windows!
What I enjoy most is the reaction of my customers when they see how crystal clear the windows are! What I hear most is “It looks like the window isn’t even there!”
GUTTER CLEANING
We feel that our approach to gutter cleaning is the best way! We clean out all debris, dirt, etc from your gutters by hand! By climbing up there on our large ladders! We it this way because we feel it’s the cleanest route. It allows us to put everything in a garbage bag or bucket so bring the mess with us so it doesn’t end up on your yard or side walk! After we’ve successfully removed everything we make sure to hose it all down so it’s left shiny and to make sure each drain isn’t clogged.
PRESSURE WASHING
With a trailer rigged with everything you need for pressure washing your home, side walks, and driveways we are able to be effective and efficient! We will be pressure washing in a way that gives the surfaces a new face as if it’s new!
Don’t worry we won’t just be hosing down your surfaces we will be making sure everything we touch truly comes off so that it’s as clean as can be!
