FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible. I know that sometimes we want memories, but finances don't always allow it. Then things happen and in an instant the chance is gone. Sometimes for forever. I HATE that. I love the craft, and I love making people happy. But most of all, I love satisfied customers. I will almost always work with people if possible to make sure money doesn't get in the way of memories. My rates are based on rough packages. As with everything, ease of the process and customer service are my number one goal. The contents of the packages below should be viewed more as a guideline. Each job is unique, and I don't believe in a one size fits all. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know people. Be prepared to be my friend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Best way to answer this question is with a mini-biography. I started taking photos when I was an early teen. I loved the idea of freezing things as they were in an instant, for forever. I have spent the better part of 18 years taking photos. I took several photography classes when I was in school, and have been doing it ever since. I have 18 years of experience, and am ALWAYS looking to improve and learn new styles and techniques.
