Introduction: We have licensed professionals on staff, from electrical, engineering, HVAC, and plumbing, as well as experienced carpenters, concrete, and masonry specialists. We’re OSHA 30, EPA and BOMA certified. Commercial, residential, and high rise. We’re not handymen, we have trade professionals with college educations. Additional services we provide are: repairs, renovations, electrical, handyman services, heating and cooling, swamp coolers, drywall, flooring, baseboard and trim, railing, decks, door and window installation, welding/metal working, shed/gazebo construction, driveways and painting... if you need something done in your home, we can do it. We offer amazing craftsmanship and competitive rates as opposed to our competitors. Typical rates are: $40/hr for standard trade work (sheetrock, framing, concrete patching, etc) $50/hr for specialized trade work (plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, etc) * Some jobs/projects (depending on material), are at a fixed rate, such as drywall and flooring (by sq ft), plumbing and electrical fixtures (by fixture type).
