- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize every event in accordance to the client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet the client or communicate by phone or email. What we typically do is find out what event the client is requesting service for. Then we do a walk through of the facility and discuss the diagram layout for the event. We then present a quote to the client and make modifications as needed. If the client moves forward with our quoted services, we then create a contract and arrange payment by check or credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Revolution Productions Services is comprised of two Certified Audio Engineers Elvis Melendez and George Costopoulos. They have a combined 20+ plus years of experience in the Audio Visual industry and have trained with the best in the business to expand their skills beyond just audio. Their experience working in a wide range of hotels, including the St. Regis in NYC, (Grand Lakes Resort which consists of the J.W. Marriott and the Ritz Carlton in Orlando), The Westin at Lake Mary, The Marriott at Lake Mary, The Embassy Suites on International Drive amongst many others, corporate venues and nightclubs, in New York and Central Florida. This is the foundation of their organization.
