I have an elderly dog, who unfortunately has had some accidents in the house. I was concerned that the carpet might be ruined, but thought I would get them cleaned, along with the special pet odor elimination service, to see if that would help. My technician ralphy did a fantastic job. He kindly called me an hour before he would be at my house, so that I could take my lunch break then. He showed up right on time and was very thorough. I had to leave to go back to work, so I didn't see the finished product until later that evening. He was very thorough, getting to all the hard to reach places. It also smelled SO clean. In addition, he left step by step instructions on what to do with my HVAC in order to have the best results with the drying. I couldn't be more pleased.

Justin and Elmo were on time and very professional. They even helped us move our furniture . It was actually my birthday when they came out for the cleaning and Justin actually gave me a discount and even cleaned my loveseat for free . Will use again

Called them based upon references and quickly set up a date to have carpets and furniture cleaned as we had never had the carpets cleaned since installing them in the house five years ago. Just my wife and I, no kids or pets - just a sometimes messy five year old grandchild. Tech ralphy came out and immediately assessed our needs and recommended the LOWEST price cleaning. No up selling, no pressure AT ALL. He then explained the process in detail and started work. It took him approximately 4.5 hours to finish the house and furniture - and it looked GREAT! My wife and I were completely satisfied and will never go to anyone else for carpet and furniture cleaning.

I have hired three different companies to clean my carpets. They did a superior job. It was easy to schedule, the service tech ralphy, was prompt, professional and took the time to do the job correctly. All of the service and charges were clearly explained. I get requests to review companies almost daily and this is the first one in a long time I felt compelled to write. Excellent work
