FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150/hour, typically I find that clients are just in a rut and need a new set of eyes on their wardrobe so I usually see clients 1-hour to clean out their wardrobes and a 2nd time develop outfits within your closet and fill in the blanks when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to fashion and your personal style it all goes back to lifestyle, and what you need your wardrobe to do for you at this point in your life. It is also important to go through your current wardrobe and remove anything that is either ill fitting, no longer has a purpose in your life now, or outdated. After that I like to establish the top 5 items that you think you need right away and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) in New York City, majoring in Pattern-making (construction of garments) and then 2 years in Accessory Design as well. During my 4 years of college I obtained and held 6 internships with fashion houses. After college I worked in wholesale for Alberta Ferretti and now I manage and buy for a luxury women's boutique in Montecito.
