I am a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate America. But more importantly, I am a compassionate leadership and transition coach who is passionate about helping people take significant leaps forward and live their potential.
I became Certified as an Executive Leadership Coach through the prestigious Hudson Institute because I wanted to give back and help people realize their talents. I love coaching because it is a process of peeling back the onion and helping people figure out what will make their life richer and more fulfilling in the future. Sara was fabulous in showing me the relationship between my life experiences and my professional successes and failures. It became evident where I struggled emotionally in my personal life for example, contributed to how I valued or devalued myself in the workplace. I truly appreciated her ability to show me empathy, while still holding me accountable for taking the actions necessary for change. I also valued the concept of cocooning a new career path, testing it out, without just jumping in to the deep end of the pool. Yes, I would still have eventually learned "how to swim" but working out kinks with a little buoancy was a key factor to my transition success. I highly recommend her as a professional coach.

Sara has the unique ability to get the the heart of performance and personal satisfaction issues. She demonstrates great empathy and understanding which makes the coaching experience very comfortable and productive.
Once the obstacles and goals have been clearly identified she leads the client in developing an action plan which is owned by the individual. Her follow up support is also excellent in maintaining commitment to the plan, driving successful result. I give Sara my highest recommendation.
