- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Web Hosting: Subscription services can be paid in recurring cycles including: monthly, 6-months, or every 12/24/36 months. The longer the term, the lower our overhead costs, the more affordable the rate. For example, our plans are discounted by up to 50% when committing to 36 months. Digital Marketing Services: Like many agencies, we receive a percentage of your total ad spend on a monthly basis. While it is an interest of ours to steadily increase your spend to maximize your business exposure and success, we understand a business will not do this unless they are seeing a worthwhile ROI.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Web Hosting: We are prepared to alter the process based on what works best for the customer. For example, a customer can use our web site to create a new hosting account completely on their own without our intervention. However, if a customer prefers that we help them through the process over the phone or through live chat, we are available to do that. Finally, we want to understand if a customer needs Psyphire to transfer their old site over to our service for free. Once we have a minimal amount of information, we will complete the process typically within an hour of signing up. Once the account is completed, the customer will receive a Welcome Email that provides them all of the account credentials they need to access their account, cPanel, and any email accounts configured during setup. We're then happy to disappear into the background until the customer requires our assistance in the future. Digital Marketing: We want to understand a new customer's expectations clearly and succinctly. Communication and transparency is of extreme important from the onset. From there, we deep dive into their business to understand their model, current strategy, and target customer persona(s). Moving forward, we decide what digital marketing channels will most benefit their business with respect to growth acquisition and increasing retention to drive up customer lifetime value.
