- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always based on the scope of the project. This largely depends on what services are needed, the duration and any extra items involved. I do not like assessing clients additional fees for travel. If the location is within 2 hours, I'm usually flexible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architecture and Community Design, Graphic Design, Branding, Web, Photography, Engineering review
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't hesitate to ask questions. I believe being up front goes a long way. This helps when coming into a project initially. The more information, the more accurate a quote can be to cover a additional areas of work.
