- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is clearly identifying what they're in need of, an idea of what they want the finished piece to be. Quick sketches shown to see if we're on the same page, several concepts shown to client - likes and dislikes of each one are discussed. Some back and forth until the customer is satisfied.

BFA Communication Design, former way-finding strategist & designer, former designer of grocery stores and signage.
