- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a specific pricing system as each job request differs from the last. But I prefer to keep my prices fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins by understanding exactly what the customer is trying to accomplish and visualizing the final product. Then suggestions can be made if necessary. Pricing and time frame are then discussed. Finally the work is done, inspected, and complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in customer service experience. Two of which have been in an electronics retail store. And eight years working in customers' homes and commercial sites to complete low voltage work.
