- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes; it is either a flat fee or a retainer and hourly fee. Before beginning a project, I require 33% - 50% down payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet with/introductory call with my client; 2. gain an understanding of my client's background and business; 3. find out what specific problems and pain points my client has; 4. create a proposal tailored to my client's specific needs 5. come to an agreement on the fee with my client and 6. execute upon the solution I have created for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a law degree (JD), and a masters of law degree (LLM) in intellectual property law; and I am a CPVA (certified patent valuation analyst); I have worked in sales/marketing for start-ups in biotech and fintech; I have worked for a large investment bank, and I have consulted on mergers & acquisitions and capital raises; and I have consulted for a number of entrepreneurs and start-ups in numerous industries.
