$1 a minute per hour. $60 minimum per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Assessment thru the phone or in person: Discussion of goals, nutrition, current workout routine and lifestyle. 2 or 3 times a week workout routine plus homework. Stretching and Foam Rolling techniques explained in first session, client is expected to continue with this on its own and as part of homework. Client can share the food log with trainer by using Fitnesspal application.
