- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Restoration services we use the Xactimat billing program that most insurance companys use and or except. carpet cleaning depends on location. call for quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Walk the job, and explain what we do, and what they need, and learn what they want and discuss realistic results .! and most of all i LOVE what we do so im not like others that dont care and have to. i choose to that makes us Better!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?IICRC Certified in Water Damage Carpet cleaning Odor control Fire Damage I have done the CMRS class ( Certified Mold Remidition Superviser) and 18 years on the job and i train other companys also. and work for many in the areas they dont do!.
