I had a very positive experience working with Top Down Drones. I commissioned them to create a video to highlight my luxury real estate listing on Boca Grande, and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome and the process. I worked with Kevin, who was very professional, responsive, and customer service oriented. He quickly assessed my needs, suggested great ideas and in no time, I had an amazing video that significantly overdelivered my expectations! I was in a very competitive situation with another realtor for a listing in Burr Ridge. They had the edge since they had sold the house to the owners 3 years before. I had Top Down do a drone video and I presented it to them with my comp package. Owners loved it (asked for a copy to keep) and I got the listing and the sale. Kevin was very professional and understood the time constraints. He had the video done withing 72 hours of when I called.

I had a commercial piece of property that was really unattractive. The location was great, near the beaches and near great restaurants. But, I couldn't convey that in an ad. Kevin did a drone, circled the property to show where it was in relation to the Long Boat Key bridge and Anna Maria Island. Kevin did a great job photographing my house, which I put on the market to sell. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and he really takes pride in his work. I can tell how much he enjoys his job! He is very courteous, a hard worker - he stayed over two hours at my house and took many photos. He knew just how to take the pictures to make them look the best. I absolutely loved the aerial photos he took with the drone!! Awesome! He is also extremely fair and very reasonable with his pricing - I would definitely hire him again and can highly recommend his services. Thank you again, Kevin!!
