- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to quote you an accurate price via thumbtack, if I send a quote indicating I need more information to properly estimate, it simply means we feel its in everyone's best interest to see the project or space in person before quoting a price. Also, my quote or estimate is usually only a starting point. We strive to impress and we want your word of mouth, so we will beat ANYONE'S written estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet at your convenience and we show up on time. We prefer emails after our initial contact, especially if your project is multifaceted. Emails are a great way to keep everyone on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a small family business and we learned our trade throughout our life. Out of necessity really. We were raised to take pride our work ethic and because of that, we learned our passions and put them to work for us. Some people enjoy playing games or fishing or boating... we happen to enjoy creating beauty and have been doing so for more than twenty years.
